Cucumber Mojito

Although I mostly drink wine, anytime I stray over to liquor my go-to is gin. I love a good gin and tonic any day! I also really like mojitos, although I’m not the biggest fan of rum. Cue this delicious recipe for a cucumber gin mojito. I find it to be extremely refreshing and perfect for a hot patio day! You can substitute the cucumber gin for regular gin, or even rum if you want to.

Cucumber Gin Mojito – makes 1

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Gordon’s cucumber gin (or regular gin, rum, etc…but the cucumber gin is awesome)
  • 1oz lime juice
  • soda water
  • 4-5 mint leaves
  • 5 cucumber slices
  • ice

Directions:

Pour the gin into a glass. Muddle 4 of the cucumber slices (leave 1 for garnish) and all of the mint leaves in the gin. Add the lime juice and ice and shake well. Top with soda water and more ice if needed. Cut a slit into the remaining cucumber slice and use as garnish.
